This person will be responsible for positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch strategy for vendor risk management and broader governance offerings. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to define how Drata drives business value through modern risk management solutions.

This role is perfect for a product marketer who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, customer insight, and translating complex capabilities into clear, actionable messaging. If you're excited by the intersection of GRC innovation and go-to-market excellence — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and lead GTM strategies for Risk & Governance products, including vendor risk management and internal risk workflows.
  • Build differentiated messaging, segmentation, and persona frameworks grounded in user data and industry trends.
  • Translate complex capabilities into compelling collateral and sales enablement tools for mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Own product and feature launches, aligning stakeholders and executing integrated campaigns across Marketing and GTM.
  • Partner with Product to bring customer insight into roadmap planning and influence prioritization based on market opportunity.
  • Conduct deep dives into customer feedback, competitive analysis, and usage data to inform positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Define and track adoption and attach-rate metrics; iterate messaging and tactics based on performance data.
  • Use AI-powered tools to boost productivity, surface insights faster, and experiment with scaled content creation.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on SaaS, cybersecurity, or GRC products.
  • Proven success leading product launches and driving adoption in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of security, risk, and governance buyer needs—especially within mid-market and enterprise orgs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise messaging.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) to streamline workflows and enhance output.
  • Experience building enablement content and collaborating with Sales, CS, and Product.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple initiatives with clarity and precision.

Requirements:

  • 4 years focused on SaaS
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience
  • Strong command of security, risk, and governance buyer needs (4 years experience)

Benefits:

  • Healthcare: 90-100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee and dependents + on demand health care concierge
  • HSA, FSA, & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings plans for healthcare and dependent care, with up to a $600 annual employer contribution to the HSA plan (if enrolled in HSA medical plan)
  • 100% paid short and long term disability plus life + AD&D benefits
  • Learning & Development: $500 annually towards professional development opportunities + $250 annually towards personal development opportunities
  • Flexible Time Off: Flexible vacation policy for strong, fully charged batteries
  • 16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave: An inclusive policy to ensure you have time with your newborn, newly adopted, or foster child (available after six months of employment)
  • Work Remotely: Flexible hours and work from home + $1,000 annually to cover necessary business related items for your home office
  • 401K: Reach your financial goals while reducing your taxes
