Gradial is a Seattle-based startup enabling digital experiences at the speed of thought. We empower marketers and creatives to implement their ideas directly, with software that adapts over time. Our platform automates website and design system updates, large-scale migrations to new design systems, and continuous content optimization while adhering to company and product brands.

Backed by world class investors, we’re looking to scale our platform and expand our team. At Gradial, we operate with extreme ownership, bias towards action and critical path planning. We tackle problems from first principles, question assumptions, and find creative solutions. If you want to take risks, work on groundbreaking technology, and see the direct impact of your work, Gradial is where you belong.

Role Overview

Gradial is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to serve as the connective tissue between clients, product, and implementation. In this role, you’ll translate business objectives into actionable integrations, helping enterprise customers embed Gradial’s AI platform directly into their existing MarTech ecosystems.

You’ll play a dual role in supporting late-stage presales by shaping implementation scope and then owning the full delivery lifecycle post-sale. From integration design to go-live, your focus will be on enabling activation, adoption, and measurable impact. You’ll work across technical and marketing stakeholders to streamline how content gets created, personalized, and published, then ultimately accelerating time-to-value for some of the world’s most sophisticated marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Account teams in late-stage pre-sales to define scope, integrations, and agentic workflows
  • Lead technical implementations across CMS, DAM, and publishing systems within client environments
  • Architect and deliver agent-powered workflows that optimize content creation, personalization, and publishing
  • Collaborate with client marketing and engineering teams to ensure seamless platform adoption
  • Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment with a focus on quality, performance, and time-to-value
  • Deliver training and documentation to drive enablement and ongoing platform usage
  • Capture and relay feedback to influence product roadmap and future feature development

Requirements

  • 7+ years implementing or managing enterprise marketing technologies (CMS, DAM, analytics, or automation)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or similar
  • Proven ability to design and configure tools within complex MarTech environments
  • Track record of leading client-facing implementations or digital transformation projects
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and their application to marketing automation
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Jira, Confluence, and content modeling
  • Background in AI-enabled marketing platforms or digital experience ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms
  • Consulting or system integrator background with exposure to multiple client environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for key client engagements

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $185,000 – $210,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards. Gradial offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off, paid sick leave and other employee wellness programs.

You'll thrive here if you...

  • Learn quickly and actively seek out new challenges.
  • Embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving, creativity and scale.
  • Show a strong work ethic, high ownership and bias toward action.
  • Communicate clearly, directly and with curiosity.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments where building better > maintaining status quo.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools

As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage
  • Fast-paced environment with flexibility and ownership
  • Real impact, zero bureaucracy
  • A front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure

Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
