We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Partner Services Success Americas to join our Channel and Alliances team. In this role, you will help scale our partner-led services motion by driving regional execution, improving opportunity progression, and strengthening partner readiness. You will serve as the critical execution and feedback loop between the field and global programs, building repeatable playbooks that make partner-delivered services easier to activate, inspect, and scale.
Working across Partner Programs, Channel, Sales, Services, and Enablement, you will ensure partner-led services opportunities move with clear ownership, disciplined follow-through, and consistent operating standards.
Core ResponsibilitiesPartner Services Execution & Opportunity Progression: Drive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions. You will inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, surface execution gaps, and ensure clear next steps and ownership across all stakeholders.
Regional Operating Rhythm & Governance: Establish and run regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths to improve visibility, accountability, and acceleration across partner-led services activity.
Partner Readiness & Services Activation: Support strategic partners in maturing their services motions by identifying readiness gaps, tracking progress, and coordinating briefings to move partners from initial interest to repeatable execution.
Playbook Development & Scalable Assets: Build practical, field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that translate regional learnings into repeatable assets for broader global adoption.
You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM execution.

Asset Creation: Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that enable consistent execution at scale.
Communication: Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholders.
Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones as needed.
Experience supporting partner-led professional services, managed services, co-delivery, or advisory services motions.
Background working with GSIs, National Solution Providers, VARs, MSSPs, or large enterprise SaaS partner ecosystems.
