- Assist in efforts to enhance ease of use of provider portal and future services enhancements

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of health care/managed care experience
- 3+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
- Experience presenting group presentations and training
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Proven understanding of healthcare systems billing
- Advanced level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required, including experience drafting correspondence and preparing meeting documentation
- Solid relationship management skills
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective follow-through
