Senior Recruiter, Contract

Mission

We're seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter with experience driving recruitment in the AMER region within our GTM team to help us identify and hire exceptional talent for Databricks as we continue our expansion. You will devise practical and creative methods to identify top talent and dedicate considerable time to activating and engaging passive candidates. You will use data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted recruiting strategies while partnering with leadership to build inspired teams. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition GTM.

The impact you will have:

  • Apply your knowledge to meet our hiring needs within GTM and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies 
  • Build engaged talent pipelines for roles across GTM, with active and passive candidates that can sustain long-term hiring goals
  • Create closing approaches to manage partner expectations through market data
  • Lead the business with data to promote future workforce planning decisions and accurate forecasting
  • Help Databricks provide a positive interview experience for all and periodically review experiential data to enhance our offering and drive Diversity and Inclusion in our hiring

What we look for:

  • Demonstrates a high level of operational rigor by establishing and maintaining processes, ensuring compliance, and driving consistency across recruiting activities
  • Exhibits strong agility and thrives in dynamic environments; adept at navigating and leading through significant change management initiatives and shifting organizational priorities
  • Experience with recruiting for GTM professionals from entry-level to Director within the software industry
  • Experience building strategic partnerships within the business and cross-functionally 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations at all levels of the organization.
  • You will have had success in scaling a high-growth software/Data/AI company and will be able to bring your learning from your success to our team 

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
