We're looking for passionate team members who are motivated by our mission and ready to help us achieve it.

We are hiring a Contract Senior Recruiter, GTM to own full-cycle recruiting for our go-to-market functions — Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. This role sits at the center of Supio's growth story. You'll be a true talent partner to GTM leaders, building the pipelines and leading processes that help us hire exceptional people quickly and intentionally. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love the craft of recruiting, and want your work to have a direct impact on company trajectory, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Partner closely with GTM leaders to deeply understand their teams, hiring needs, and what "great" looks like for each role.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of top GTM talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach — don't wait for inbound.
  • Drive an efficient, structured interview process that moves quickly without sacrificing quality or rigor.
  • Use data to manage your desk: track pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness, and share insights with stakeholders regularly.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process — from JD language to structured interviews to diverse slates.
  • Contribute to recruiter brand-building efforts, including events, content, and outreach that position Supio as a destination for GTM talent.
  • Help shape and improve TA processes, tools, and playbooks as we scale.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS)
  • Strong track record hiring for SaaS / AI / enterprise technology companies
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't looking and make them want to look.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: you can push back, set expectations, and keep hiring managers accountable without losing the relationship.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting — you track what matters and use it to improve.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with the personal injury or broader legal market
  • Gem ATS experience
  • Previous experience at a company that went through a significant growth phase (Series B and beyond)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
