About the Role  

The Senior Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This position partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executives, and Candidates to schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, manage candidate communications, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruiting function.  

In addition, this person will act as a trusted resource to the larger Talent Acquisition team and People team, helping with system optimization, developing programs, documenting processes, and contributing to People-wide projects. 


Location. This role is remote in the continental United States, with a strong preference for East Coast based candidates. 


Main responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) across time zones. 
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and status updates. 
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed. 
  • Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes. 
  • Lead or support recruiting-related projects (e.g., process improvements, technology implementations). 
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations or complex scheduling needs. 
  • Mentor junior recruiting coordinators and contribute to team training and development. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Experience partnering with a Go To Market (GTM) organization. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role; experience in a senior or lead capacity preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse or a comparable system, and hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Rippling 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. 
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior coordinators. 

 

Compensation & Benefits

For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting ranges for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications.  In addition to your hourly rate, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).

We use a geographic pay structure based on cost-of-labor markets. 

  • Tier 1 (e.g., SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle): $29.46 – $36.82
  • Tier 2 (most U.S. metro areas): $25.62 – $32.02
  • Tier 3 (other cities): $24.33 - $30.42

Final compensation will be determined by experience, scope, and level, and may vary from the posted range.
