We are seeking a commercially strong, internationally experienced sales professional based in South Africa to support client engagements across Europe and select international markets. This role manages the full commercial lifecycle from initial consultation through onboarding and structured handover to the recruitment team.
The role centres on high-level commercial discussions, assessing organisational needs, guiding prospective clients through our engagement process, and ensuring a structured, professional onboarding experience.
The successful candidate will:
• Lead commercial discussions with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Assess organisational requirements and determine strategic fit
• Represent the firm with professionalism and credibility across international markets
• Manage written follow-up communication, including summaries and supporting materials
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate onboarding
• Maintain client communication until full handover to the recruitment team
• Contribute to strengthening commercial performance across assigned markets
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience engaging senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand varied industries and business models
• International exposure and experience working across multiple countries or regions
• Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones
• Proven ability to manage high-volume commercial conversations while maintaining quality and professionalism
• Strong follow-through and coordination skills within a remote structure
• Professional presence combined with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
• Sound judgment and discretion in commercial discussions
• Fluency in English
