Job Description SummaryPart of the O&G segment , Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the Global sales and the development of an innovative growth strategy aimed to address and expand the market underpinned by the decarbonization mega trend and nurturing first class relations with major Account in Gulf Region. Managing complex issues within functional area of expertise and working across the organization while representing GEPC at one or more Key Customer, he is accountable for executing the business strategy and delivering on operating plan commitments. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the identified KPIs: OP, CM, convertibility, cash
- Define deal strategies and pricing policies
- Build strong and long term relationship with Customers, support assigned initiatives (session T, VOCs) and work to identify in advance the future customer needs, positioning the right technical solution in DTI phase
- Represent GE PC at one or more Key Customer , being the single point of contact and building trustful and effective relation across all the Customer organization, from operational to C-Level
- Implement sustainable growth plan:
- Increase market share with key Customer engaging with all channels
- Develop business identifying new customers and generating demand
- Identifying an effective value proposition
- Identify opportunities and drive commercial strategies in relation with:
- Application engineering
- Global Sales organization
- Proactively interact with Product Platforms to define and prioritize product needs
- Support Marketing in SAS definition, Long Term Strategy and long term planning
- Own deep knowledge of products and application, provide market benchmark, support the win/loss analysis.
- Design and execute an effective Account Management with major NOC such as ADNOC
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or global account management
- Knowledge of products, services and market related to O&G industry, with particular focus on variable speed application, both mechanical or electrical
- Proven experience and success in sales, with a solid and effective network footprint in O&G
- Natural attitude in navigating through the Gulf ecosystem, including customers, influencers, advocates, potential detractors
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic
