Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization of sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong emphasis on financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, data integrity, and financial objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Design and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards for tracking, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Drive territory and quota assignments, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with financial targets.
- Oversee CRM administration and integration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency, effectiveness, and financial outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, systems, and financial impact for internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
- Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the software or technology industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
