  • Create reusable assets, technical frameworks, and field guidance that help teams apply Microsoft-focused expertise consistently across opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, field insights, and technical patterns that can influence future product direction and enablement.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical roles that combine architecture guidance, solution validation, and strategic customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including how customers use Microsoft and GitHub products within software delivery environments.
  • Practical background in modern software development or operations, including continuous integration and continuous delivery, DevSecOps practices, and related tooling.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including how cloud services enable secure and scalable application delivery.
  • Ability to design and communicate architectures that span multiple teams and stages of the software lifecycle.
  • Skill in facilitating workshops, technical discovery sessions, and evaluation programs with audiences that range from practitioners to executive stakeholders.
  • Strength in communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer teams.

  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
