What you will do:

As a Senior Solutions Developer, you will be a key contributor to Bryant Park’s Strategic Solutions—a high-visibility, high-impact initiative that drives meaningful results for our clients. Your primary focus will be coding and testing innovative solutions, but you’ll also collaborate closely with teammates to refine designs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical expertise while directly influencing the success and scalability of solutions used across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Optimization

  • Build and maintain solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks, following company coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to continuously improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Enhance existing solutions based on client and stakeholder feedback, optimizing for both performance and user experience.

Testing & Deployment

  • Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Support deployments to production environments, monitor performance, and participate in issue resolution.
  • Contribute to evolving processes for version control, deployment, and change management.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Create clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
  • Write clean, well-commented code that is easy to understand and maintain.
  • Share knowledge with peers to support consistency and scalability across solutions.

Collaboration & Solution Design

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Review preliminary designs and provide feedback to improve efficiency, structure, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate when to use libraries or frameworks to streamline development.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives such as technical webinars or thought-leadership materials that showcase Bryant Park Consulting’s solutions.

Salary Range: 64,000,000 to 83,000,000 Chilean Pesos

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
