Job Description

What you'll do

Own the market and the narrative

  • Build deep understanding of customer segments, buyers (CISO, IAM Principals, GRC, platform owners) and the landscape across IGA, PAM, identity security posture management and non-human identity security.
  • Craft the positioning and story for Veza on the ServiceNow platform, including how customers secure and govern AI agents alongside human and machine identities.
  • Be a credible external voice: brief analysts (Gartner, Forrester, KuppingerCole), speak at customer and industry events, and guide community engagement and progressive  content.

Launch and drive adoption

  • Guide go-to-market for new capabilities and major integrations: launch plans, announcements, release notes, demo assets and internal enablement.
  • Run early access and preview programs that validate new capabilities with design partners before general availability.
  • Define and own adoption and customer success metrics; instrument them, report on them, and act on what they show.

Make deployments repeatable

  • Define and test GA readiness for capabilities and integrations: packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support escalation paths and operational playbooks.
  • Account for real enterprise constraints: security reviews, least-privilege setup, change management and admin workflows across hundreds of connected systems.

Equip the field and partners to win

  • Give Sales, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Support and partners what they need: talk tracks, discovery questions, ROI and business-value narratives,  battlecards and objection handling, implementation checklists and troubleshooting guides.

Be the Voice of the Customer

  • Bring field and deployment insights into planning: turn customer feedback into prioritized requirements and crisp acceptance criteria for inbound PMs, and advocate for customers with engineering and company principals.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years in product management, product marketing, solutions or a hybrid PM/PMM role in enterprise SaaS, with at least 4 years in identity and access management or security.
  • Working knowledge of identity security: IGA, PAM, access reviews and certifications, least privilege, entitlements and permissions models, and non-human identities.
  • Fluency in enterprise deployment realities: SSO, OAuth and SAML, ACLs, data governance, security reviews, compliance (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and admin UX.
  • A track record of launching and scaling integrations, connectors or platform capabilities, and measuring their adoption.
  • Experience applying AI to how work gets done, and a clear point of view on the identity and security risks AI agents introduce.
  • The ability to write the narrative, build the deck, deliver the demo, and equip teams to win with it.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you simplify complexity without losing technical truth, for audiences from engineers to CISOs.
  • An systematic approach: you define metrics, instrument success and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Strong ownership and the ability to lead through influence across Sales, SC, CS, Support, Marketing, Partnerships and Security/Legal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt or CyberArk, as a vendor or practitioner.
  • Experience with industry relations or industry speaking.
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • A security or IAM certification (CISSP, CCSP or similar)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
