Partner with the best
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end workflows for our global colocation infrastructure. Bridging business, finance, and engineering, you will establish operational visibility and process consistency from demand to supply planning. You'll inherit a low-data environment, create structurebuilding capacity models, integrate supply/demand signals while keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned and building predictability in our operations and planning.
As a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing system requirements and business processes for colocation infrastructure. Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver data-backed solutions to leadership.
- Building, revising, and adjusting models to capture demand and coordinate the critical inputs, turning fragmented data into structured, predictable planning tools
- Translating physical infrastructure constraints such as high-density racks, cooling, and redundancy back into planning models to ensure accuracy
- Aligning and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (platform, product, supply chain, finance) to follow established workflows. Ensuring process compliance and eliminating off-system workarounds.
- Owning data controls and reporting frameworks for colocation modeling. Ensuring critical space, power, and network planning data is logged and maintained.
- Partnering with Anaplan modelers and analytics teams to translate operational workflows into clean system inputs, automating processes to reduce manual overhead
- Using SQL to query backend databases, locate missing pipelines, and audit inputs for a single source of truth
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree {Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, MIS} or equivalent
- Possess a track record of designing structured, automated workflows and data flows out of historically manual or fragmented business operations.
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound, data-driven decisions
- Have proven experience coordinating matrixed teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance) and keeping stakeholders aligned with project timelines and process compliance
- Have proficiency with SQL for database querying and validation, and experience using enterprise planning or visualization tools (ideally Anaplan and/or Tableau).
- Possess a solid knowledge of data center capacity planning and physical infrastructure parameters like power, cooling, and rack topologies.
- Have solid data storytelling skills and ability to clearly translate complex capacity constraints and workflow gaps into concise recommendations for leadership.
