Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Seattle,WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads and administers post production requests for quotes containing long lead times, high value and/or lengthy bills of material.
- Leads activities for economy of purchases.
- Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.
- Leads the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Initiates recommendations for repair sourcing decisions.
- Oversees the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties.
- Conducts supplier/customer presentations and program reviews.
- Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of Supply Chain Experience
- Experience leading teams
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively lead the team, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with Boeing MBUs - Internal Fabrications
- 1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management
- 1+ years of experience ERPLN, PMDB, TSIT experience
