Senior Systems and Data Analyst

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Systems and Data Analyst to join the team in Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; or Ridley Park, PA

Join our team as a key player in managing data compliance within the Data Governance team and gathering stakeholder requirements! In this dynamic role, you will lead Scrum sessions as a Scrum Master, driving collaboration and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently. Your expertise will be vital in navigating compliance and aligning stakeholder needs with our strategic objectives. Position Responsibilities:

  • Researches complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design

  • Consults with customers to clarify and refine complex requirements

  • Interprets and translates complex requirements into functional specifications

  • Leads and performs activities to develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a SCRUM Master role

  • 5+ years of experience managing product definition data requirements, processes, or product data

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis

  • 5+ years of experience with comprehending and translating complex business requirements into an actionable solution that can be built and delivered by IT team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Cloud certifications

  • 5+ years of experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

  • Experience working with global team

  • Experience communicating with all levels of leadership

  • Experience gathering requirements for proper data analysis
