We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help Icertis attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent while shaping recruiting in an AI-first workforce transformation.

This role combines strategic talent advisory with high-impact execution. You will partner closely with business leaders, drive full-cycle hiring, and modernize recruiting practices using AI, automation, and scalable workflows. You will operate as a trusted advisor who balances speed, quality, and candidate experience while helping evolve how recruiting work gets done. #LI-RS

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across technical, GTM, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate requirements, and align on talent priorities.
  • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, and relationship-driven engagement.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience aligned to the Icertis brand and values.
  • Use data, reporting, and pipeline insights to drive decisions and improve funnel effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline recruiting workflows, improve efficiency, and scale best practices.
  • Assist in redesigning recruiting processes for an AI-first environment, identifying opportunities to standardize and automate repeatable work.
  • Apply structured assessment practices to drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders through strong communication, market insights, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Take ownership of hiring outcomes and continuously improve processes across the TA function.

Qualifications

Recruiting Expertise

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.
  • Experience hiring for complex roles across multiple business units and functions with an emphasis on technology and engineering.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experience.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on execution.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed SaaS organization preferred.

Technology & Tools

  • Experience utilizing enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with preference for Oracle Cloud Fusion Recruiting or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced AI based sourcing tools and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and integrated workflows to improve pipeline quality, hiring speed, and candidate experience.

AI-First Capability

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with an AI-native mindset—leveraging AI, automation, and Copilot-style capabilities to redesign recruiting workflows, improve decision-making, and scale outcomes beyond traditional methods.

  • Experience identifying repeatable tasks and converting them into scalable, structured workflows.
  • Experience balancing AI-driven insights with human judgment and accountability.

Required Success Attributes

1. Communication

The ability to explain decisions clearly — to humans, stakeholders, and AI systems — through precise, purposeful, and audience-aware messaging. Great communicators create understanding, not just awareness, and know how to prompt AI effectively while translating outputs for business impact.

2. Collaboration

The ability to connect across functions — and across human + agent teams — to drive shared outcomes. You bring people, processes, and tools together to accelerate hiring and reduce friction.

3. Creativity and Problem Solving

The ability to frame better problems and design novel solutions — especially where no playbook exists. You challenge legacy recruiting practices and experiment with new approaches.

4. Hustle

The drive to move with urgency, push through ambiguity, and deliver results. You create momentum and leverage tools to accelerate outcomes without compromising quality.

5. Judgment

The ability to understand risk and trade-offs — and know when to trust AI outputs versus when to apply human context. You make thoughtful, accountable decisions.

6. Curiosity

The instinct to question legacy workflows and continuously seek better ways of working. You explore new tools, share insights, and drive innovation within the function.

7. Ownership

The mindset of taking full accountability for outcomes — even when AI or systems execute parts of the work. You follow through, close loops, and ensure quality end-to-end results.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
