What You’ll Do

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will lead the preparation and review of complex business and individual tax returns, manage a large client portfolio of 250–300+ tax clients, and provide ongoing tax planning and advisory support. You will also mentor junior staff, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.

  • Manage a large portfolio of 250–300+ business and individual tax clients, including tax planning and advice.
  • Perform tax research and stay current on changes in tax laws.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Support clients with tax planning and general advisory throughout the year.
  • Identify and communicate potential tax issues or planning opportunities.
  • Assist with training or guiding junior staff, as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA license or EA designation required (or currently pursuing EA license).
  • 3–5+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting. - Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD); ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with clients
