Our platform gives security teams the visibility, context, and autonomous remediation they've never had before — across every endpoint, application, and AI tool in the environment. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we believe security should be a force multiplier for the business, not a bottleneck. Let's Glow.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who can translate complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling, customer-facing content and experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has built deep technical credibility through hands-on customer-facing roles in cybersecurity — such as Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or similar — and is passionate about helping customers understand and adopt technical solutions.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create technical content, enable customer conversations, and represent the voice of the practitioner in go-to-market efforts. You should be equally comfortable writing technical whitepapers, presenting live demos, hosting webinars, or briefing executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and deliver high-quality technical marketing content including:

    • Solution briefs

    • Technical blogs

    • Product documentation support

    • Webinars and presentations

    • Demo scripts and customer enablement materials

    • Competitive and technical positioning assets

  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap, and customer use cases

  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with technical messaging, enablement, and customer-facing presentations

  • Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-relevant messaging for both technical and executive audiences

  • Represent the company externally through webinars, customer meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry events

  • Gather customer feedback and field insights to help influence product strategy and positioning

  • Help drive technical thought leadership initiatives and contribute to the company’s presence in the cybersecurity community

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry

  • Background in customer-facing technical roles such as:

    • Solutions Engineer

    • Sales Engineer

    • Technical Account Manager

    • Technical Support Engineer

    • Customer Success Engineer

    • Security Consultant

    • Similar technical practitioner roles

  • Proven experience regularly creating customer-facing technical content and presentations

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way

  • Passion for cybersecurity and sharing technical insights with customers and the broader community

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Marketing or Technical Marketing within a cybersecurity company

  • Familiarity with modern cybersecurity domains such as:

    • Cloud security

    • Identity and access management

    • Endpoint security

    • Threat detection and response

    • Security operations

    • Zero Trust architectures

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations

  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, platforms, or operational environments

  • Experience creating webinars, demos, or speaking at industry events

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
