The Role

Are you a program leader who thrives on driving alignment across an entire organization and turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes? Join us as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where you'll lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that span every part of Pantheon - from Product and Engineering to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and beyond.

As a Sr. TPM focused on enterprise initiatives, you'll be the connective tissue between organizational strategy and execution. You'll partner with senior leaders across all functions to define, plan, and deliver programs that move the business forward. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, create visibility across the organization, and ensure the right people are aligned, informed, and unblocked at every stage.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence, while managing complexity and driving outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

What you Need to Succeed

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead programs that span multiple business functions — including technical, go-to-market, and business operations teams. Skilled at driving alignment across groups with different priorities and operating models, without direct authority.
  • Strategic Program Management: Experience translating company-level strategies and goals into structured, executable programs. Comfortable managing interdependencies across workstreams and adapting plans as business conditions evolve.
  • Execution & Delivery: Proficient in managing complex, multi-workstream programs from definition through delivery. Able to identify risks early, resolve blockers across functions, and keep programs moving in the face of competing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective at communicating with senior and executive stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, risks, and decisions. Comfortable escalating and driving alignment across the organization.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizations through change — whether a new operating model, a strategic pivot, or a company-wide initiative. Able to build buy-in, manage resistance, and sustain momentum through execution.
  • Process Improvement: Experience implementing best practices, designing governance frameworks, and adopting tools that increase delivery effectiveness and transparency across the organization.
  • Analytical Thinking: Leverages data and program metrics to monitor progress, identify issues early, and support decision-making at every level.

What you Bring to the Table

  • Experience & Ownership: 7+ years of program management experience, with a track record of leading strategic, company-wide initiatives across multiple functions including technical, business, and go-to-market teams.
  • Program Execution: Proven ability to independently manage large programs end-to-end, from planning through delivery, across multiple stakeholders and business domains.
  • Project Management Mastery: Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Effective at driving alignment across teams without direct authority and resolving cross-functional challenges with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Organizational Impact: Experience leading change management, scaling processes, and introducing operational improvements that accelerate delivery across the business.
  • Executive Communication: Comfortable providing clear updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders; able to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Global Collaboration: Experience working across distributed teams and time zones, ensuring coordination and communication remain strong throughout execution.

What We Offer

We have all the usual perks and benefits but what we can really offer you is a fantastic work environment powered by an amazing team.

  • Industry competitive compensation and equity plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave (PSL) and 11 Paid Company Holidays

  • Monthly allowance for wellness, reading and access to LinkedIn Learning for continued development

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
