Attorney Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced U.S. Attorney Recruiter to identify, engage, and recruit qualified attorneys for law firms throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate has substantial recruiting experience, strong proactive sourcing skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple searches while maintaining timely communication and a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
This position is structured as a remote international contractor engagement and requires the contractor to perform services from outside the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source U.S.-based attorneys using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, state bar directories, professional networks, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
- Conduct targeted searches based on practice area, jurisdiction, bar admission, relevant experience, compensation requirements, and client needs.
- Conduct professional candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Screen prospective candidates against established position requirements before submission.
- Consistently generate qualified candidate submissions for active searches.
- Maintain timely candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, notes, and follow-up activities.
- Provide regular updates regarding sourcing activity, candidate responses, submissions, interviews, and pipeline status.
- Evaluate sourcing results and adjust recruiting strategies when necessary.
- Manage multiple active searches while maintaining candidate quality and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn-based candidate sourcing and direct outreach.
- Proven ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, research, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize time-sensitive recruiting needs and respond promptly.
- Strong professional judgment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to determine appropriate next steps and work independently within established recruiting processes.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
- Comfortable working toward clearly defined recruiting goals and performance expectations.
Experience recruiting U.S.-based attorneys or other legal professionals is strongly preferred.
