The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly creative, data-driven, and performance-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. You’ll own the full design lifecycle—from ideation to pixel-perfect execution—crafting intuitive, emotionally resonant, and high-performing experiences for mobile users. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure every interaction drives engagement, trust, and conversion.

What You'll Do
  • Design and iterate on intuitive user interfaces for mobile applications focused on business growth and health.
  • Lead user research, prototyping, and usability testing to translate insights into design improvements.
  • Create engaging, high-converting flows that simplify complex processes like sign-up, payments, and onboarding.
  • Partner with the product team to define and refine customer journeys that increase retention and reduce friction.
  • Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across app features.
  • Stay on top of emerging design trends in mobile engagement, gamification, and conversion optimization.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on mobile-first and conversion-oriented products.
  • Proven experience creating visually engaging and high-retention app experiences.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design decisions that improved engagement and user conversion.
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with motion design, gamification principles, or behavioral UX is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of payment flow optimization and reducing drop-offs during checkout or sign-up.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to bring concepts to life with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in apps related to finance, lifestyle, or user engagement.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, and growth metrics.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments where innovation drives results.
