  • When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive.

  • You are a team member first and individual contributor second. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.

  • You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Strategic Engagements: Act as the primary value advisor on the company's largest, most complex, and most strategic enterprise sales pursuits, engaging directly with executive-level sponsors.

  • Develop & Scale Methodology: Pioneer and scale the Value Consulting practice by developing new financial models, value realization tools, and repeatable best practices for use across the entire sales organization.

  • Mentor & Enable: Formally mentor and coach Customer Success, Presales and Sales teams, acting as the subject matter expert for value realization and executive-level business case development.

  • Inform GTM Strategy: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to build new industry-specific value propositions and inform future product roadmaps based on customer insights.

  • Assist cross-functional teams in a series of customer interviews and workshops as a component of Value Assessments.

  • Pursue, identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers (metrics) to describe how our solutions will help solve operational and financial challenges and align to our prospects & customers desired business outcomes.

  • Drive production and assist in the delivery of compelling executive level presentations with financial business cases to support customer buying decision.

  • Assist the enablement of the sales organization and supporting teams on Value Management principles and tools.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids.

  • Ensure appropriate handoff of customer desired outcomes, current state, and measures of success to Client Services and Customer Success teams upon deal completion.

  • Collect and measure key industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Executive Presence: Proven track record of building and delivering compelling, C-suite-level presentations and business cases for large, complex deals.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to quickly understand complex business challenges, identify key value drivers, and translate technical features into measurable financial outcomes.

  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects, mentoring team members, and driving change within a sales organization.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and storytelling skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic role such as Value Engineering, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or Enterprise Pre-sales/Solutions Consulting within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Financial Acumen: Mastery of financial modeling and analysis, including building complex ROI, TCO, and business value models from scratch.

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
