Responsibilities/Requirements:
- As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for working closely with Client Enterprise ServiceNow architect, leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Act as a bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders.
- Create System design, High Level Design, Low Level Design and user stories in line with business requirement and accounting platform architecture.
- Experience in analyzing data, migrating more sites / applications to ServiceNow platform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Experience with OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer.
- Governance and change control for enhancements.
- Interface with domain architects, enterprise architects.
- Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner.
- Analyze requirements.
- Recommend solution options.
- Perform FSD reviews.
- Impact assessments.
- Coordinate development with scrum team.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, workflows.
- Certified CSA, CAD, CIS.
- CTA and / or CMA a plus.
- Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
- Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
- Contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.
- Over 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Over 3 years of recent experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Experience in Telecom specific module experience OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer is Mandatory.
- No generic ServiceNow experience is considered.
