ServiceNow Sales Representative 

Sigital is looking to bring on a sales representative to help us grow.  We are looking for a new experienced team member to expand our presence and take our sales efforts to the next level. Sigital is a rapidly developing professional services company and ServiceNow partner. We help companies in their journey of purchasing, implementing, managing and adoption for their ServiceNow business units.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls & emails per day, working with partners and teammates, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Previous ServiceNow sales experience is a requirement in which you will build and expand relationships with clients, prospects, and ServiceNow sales teams and leaders.

Sales Representative Position- Full Time 

What you will do: 

  • Identify and drive new business in existing and under penetrated Enterprise accounts. 
  • Assist aligned Sigital leadership on larger transactions by taking on tasks that can be handled more effectively on the inside, such as building quotes and proposals. 
  • Enable and support the broader account team (Solutions Consultant, Solution Sales, Renewal Sales and Customer Success). 
  • Learn from experienced Sales professionals through every stage of the selling process and customer journey. 
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. 
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information 
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management 
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities 
  • Create formal networks with key decision makers and develop a stronger understanding of all aspects of the selling process. 
  • Drive sales process management, opportunity closure, and ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive additional revenue streams. 
  • Invest in growth by continuing to develop your skills through formal training and coaching. 
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals and driving the deals.
