We’re looking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to identify and partner with influencers and communities within the technology space to drive impactful campaigns that create conversations around our Cloud MSP product lines.

What You'll Do:
Social Media Content & Scheduling
- Own and manage InMotion Cloud's presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging channels relevant to our audience
- Execute a monthly content calendar aligned to product campaigns, and funnel goals
- Write and produce platform-native content that makes a technical product feel accessible
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to repurpose blog, case study, and battle card content into social-ready formats
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with tech influencers, Cloud/DevOps YouTubers, and affiliate partners aligned with our ICP
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and post-campaign wrap-up
- Maintain an affiliate/partner program in coordination with our GTM lead
- Track deliverables and ensure brand consistency across all influencer-produced content

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or a closely related role
- Demonstrated ability to manage social channels for a B2B or technical brand (Cloud, SaaS, hosting, or adjacent industries a strong plus)
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns, from outreach through reporting, with measurable outcomes
- Strong written communication skills; able to write sharp, on-brand copy across formats without heavy editing cycles
- Comfortable with social analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, native platform dashboards, or third-party tools)
- Self-starter mentality, this role requires someone who can operate with minimal hand-holding in a fast-moving beta environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales enablement, and product teams
Highly Preferred
- Experience marketing a managed cloud, hosting, or infrastructure product
- Existing relationships within the DevOps, cloud, or SMB tech influencer space
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts. You don't need to be an Engineer, but knowing what a VPS or managed server is will definitely help.
