Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is hiring a Software Development Engineer – Automation to support Amazon’s Project Kuiper eCommerce and provisioning platforms. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with advanced automation design to validate mission-critical order-to-cash and ISP workflows.
You will build scalable automation frameworks, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and partner with platform teams to ensure reliability and quality across Kuiper systems.

Inabia Solutions & Consulting is hiring a Software Development Engineer – Automation to support Amazon’s Project Kuiper eCommerce and provisioning platforms. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with advanced automation design to validate mission-critical order-to-cash and ISP workflows.
You will build scalable automation frameworks, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and partner with platform teams to ensure reliability and quality across Kuiper systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright
- Build automated tests for UI and API-based systems
- Develop components, services, and data models supporting automation
- Collaborate with satellite, network, and security engineering teams
- Translate complex finance, legal, and tax requirements into testable automation
- Build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and system health dashboards
- Troubleshoot failures and improve long-term system reliability
- 4+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship)
- 3+ years of experience in system design and architecture
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Playwright
- Experience designing REST APIs and working with JSON
- Hands-on AWS experience and cloud-native development skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks
- Experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, Step Functions, ECS
- 3+ years working across the full SDLC (design through operations)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Location: Redmond, WA (100% onsite)
- Employment Type: Long-term contract (W-2 only)
- Pay Rate: $55-$65/hour
- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card only
