About the Role:
CoreWeave is seeking a highly organized and proactive Enablement Specialist to support our SaaS Sales team and broader Revenue organization. In this role, you’ll help bring enablement programs to life—owning the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of onboarding, training, and sales readiness initiatives.
You’ll work closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners to ensure sellers have the right training, content, and tools at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, sweats the details, and is energized by helping sales teams ramp faster and perform better.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Onboarding & Training Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of new hire onboarding programs for SaaS Sales roles, including scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators, and tracking completion
- Manage logistics, communications, and calendars for live trainings, workshops, and sales kickoffs
- Ensure training programs run smoothly and deliver a consistent, high-quality seller experience
- Enablement Content & Learning Management
- Manage, maintain, and regularly audit the enablement content library (CMS/LMS), ensuring materials are current, relevant, and easy for sellers to find
- Partner with Enablement leadership to build and maintain role-based learning paths for Sales and Sales Development
- Help develop and update enablement assets such as slide decks, playbooks, onboarding materials, and internal communications
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to uplevel onboarding, product knowledge, and sales methodology programs
Support enablement efforts tied to product launches, messaging updates, and process changes - Gather feedback from sellers and stakeholders to continuously improve enablement programs
- Measurement & Operational Rigor
- Track key enablement metrics (onboarding completion, training participation, certification status, etc.)
- Maintain clear documentation of enablement programs, timelines, and learning progress
- Support reporting and analysis to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales enablement, SaaS sales, sales development, or program/project coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support diverse stakeholder groups
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and seller needs
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Guru, Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp)
Nice to have skills & experience:
- Interest or experience in instructional design or adult learning principles
- Passion for or experience in the AI, cloud, or developer tooling space
- Previous experience supporting enterprise or technical sales teams
Success in This Role Looks Like:
- Sales onboarding and training programs run seamlessly, with high engagement and positive seller feedback
- Enablement content is always current, easy to find, and trusted by the Sales team
- Sellers feel confident, supported, and well-equipped to execute throughout the SaaS sales cycle
- Enablement activities, progress, and outcomes are clearly documented and measurable
- You help build scalable enablement processes that grow with the business
The base salary range for this role is $75,0000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
