As one of Augment's first engineers, work directly with the founders and own all engineering infrastructure. Join our tight-knit team to go from zero to one and bring our product to life. Looking for an absolute crusher with a no-BS attitude & get-it-done mentality.

🧑‍💻 You will:
  • Develop new products, features, and integrations

  • Design robust end-to-end systems supporting transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars

  • Take ownership of all engineering infrastructure and product deliverables

  • Enhance our technical architecture, infrastructure, security, tools, testing, and code quality

  • Contribute to team culture and assist with recruitment efforts

🧑‍🔬 You'd fit in well if you:

  • Have strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems design

  • Write clean, robust code with a disciplined approach to testing

  • Experience with a modern programming language (Go, React.js, Python, Scala) with substantial code contributions

  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $120k - $220k annually.
