Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for digital sales. Define architecture standards, drive integrations, run workshops and proofs-of-concept, support technology strategy, and introduce emerging Salesforce technologies to enhance customer experience globally.
We are looking for a Solution Architect – Salesforce to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that transform digital sales processes and enhance customer experience across global markets. This role partners closely with business teams, product owners, and enterprise architects to deliver secure, future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions for digital sales initiatives
- Define and govern Salesforce architecture standards and best practices
- Lead digital sales process design and system integrations
- Support leadership on technology strategy and solution decisions
- Drive data-centric and scalable Salesforce implementations
- Evaluate and introduce emerging Salesforce and digital technologies
- Conduct solution workshops and proof-of-concepts
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce solution architecture
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Deep understanding of sales processes and digital sales platforms
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Ability to work in global, matrixed environments
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Developer / Architect preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Technology, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
