Zafran is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect at Zafran, you’ll be the technical bridge between customers, field teams, and product. You’ll drive the successful adoption and onboarding of Zafran's platform, guiding technical implementations, troubleshooting complex environments, and building the processes for repeatable success. This cross-functional, high-impact role blends deep technical expertise with crisp execution to unblock teams and accelerate time-to-value.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product/Engineering and our Customer Success teams
  • Own onboarding & integrations end-to-end — design reference architectures, validate data flows, and unblock deployments across complex enterprise environments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in backend development to inform architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve the product’s usability & onboarding processes for customers.
  • Turn field signals into roadmap impact — translate requirements and issues from Customer Success/Sales Engineering into clear specs, priorities, and demos with Product/R&D.
  • Work with teammates to guide R&D through the evolution of the platform, advising and influencing at every scope.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally, leveraging your product expertise to drive meaningful development and & engaged customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++.
  • Proven Customer Facing orientation.
  • Ability to explain technical details and requirements to customers with different levels of expertise and responsibilities
  • Rapid learning ability and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure (advantageous).
  • 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 positions.
  • Team player mentality with the capability to see the big picture and focus on critical details.
  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and have a deep influence.
  • Experience in industry cyber-security
