Ericsson Inc. seeks an Engineer - Services RF (Solution Introduction Engineer) in Bellevue, WA; Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to perform O-RAN SW deployment and feature testing; Integrating new radio in eNodeB; Validate NR SA/NSA feature testing with Ericsson's new basebands/radios.
What you will do:
Provide a complete list of testing tools, lab equipment, and material required to fully verify assigned feature functionality. Accomplish liberty of design capture with one or more test cases to fully verify the assigned feature functionality. Send daily feature test report to lead phase. Document any software defect found during the execution of the testing scope. Open a new CSR/TR according to pertinent TR guidelines defined by the project and follow up until resolution. Communicate to phase lead and project about any newfound issue. Determine if the testing mandate and defined testing scope have been accomplished according to the functionality. Be the first line of troubleshooting for any issues related to the assigned functionality, isolate the problem, and distinguish between functionality and configuration issues. Perform all configuration settings related to assigned features. Perform eUTRAN feature testing in customer networks to configure them according to operator's strategy, and to evaluate their performances in the customer networks. Perform RU/DU connectivity checks and implement EMS/NMS/NE SW upgrade MOPs in commercial networks. Design and document test cases based on company feature requirements and 3GPP specifications. Develop strong system knowledge required for mission critical push-to-talk services and call flow. O-RAN SW deployment and feature testing. Integrating new radio in eNodeB. Validate NR SA/NSA feature testing with Ericsson's new basebands/radios. 25% domestic and international travel required. Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance.
You will bring:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) or a related field and 4 years of experience in engineering with cellular in the telecommunications industry OR Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) or a related field and 1 year of experience in engineering with cellular in the telecommunications industry.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is: $165,953 - $187,500.
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply
