We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solutions Architect to join our Managed Partner (MSSP/MDR) team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automation technologies and cybersecurity practices and will be responsible for working with existing clients to design and assist in implementing use cases around automation and case management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering robust, secure automation solutions for our clients. Experience in scripting, development, SOAR, and working with service providers such as MDRs, MSSPs, and MSPs will be a significant advantage. This is a remote position. 

What you’ll do:

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of hyperautomation solutions that enhance cybersecurity capabilities. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with our best practices.
  • Technology adoption and expansion: Work closely with our clients to enable their successful adoption or Torq and seek opportunities for expansion.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to our customers, partners, and internal teams around SOC, automation, and case management best practices.
  • Internal Teams Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Support, Sales, and others towards helping our customers to have the best experience with our product.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate third-party technology partners to accomplish customer use cases. This includes incorporating various technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability, and addressing cybersecurity measures such as threat detection, response mechanisms, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in both automation and cybersecurity fields. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance solution offerings.

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on automation and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies.
  • Strong scripting and development skills (e.g., Python, Bash , Powershell).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies (e.g., EDR , SIEM , SOAR , XDR , etc) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a significant plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
