Solutions Architect

Cleartelligence is a data, analytics, and AI consultancy that helps enterprise and private equity clients envision, design, and implement solutions to solve complex business challenges and accelerate value creation through data-driven insights.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be a trusted client partner and strategic advisor, leading end-to-end data engagements that deliver high-impact business outcomes. This is a technical leadership role requiring a balance of technical expertise, engagement management, and strategic vision. 

You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, overseeing solution implementations, and managing cross-functional teams while ensuring client success. Your work will bridge business needs with technology solutions, helping organizations modernize their data ecosystems, enable self-service analytics, and scale data driven insights. 

This role is ideal for senior data and analytics professionals who are looking to take on greater leadership responsibilities and help architect and develop strategic solutions.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Client & Engagement Leadership
• Become a key client partner, building relationships and driving strategic data and analytics initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring business alignment, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality deliverables.
• Bridge business and technical teams, translating complex data challenges into actionable solutions.
• Solution Architecture & Data Enablement
• Design scalable, cloud-based data platforms, leveraging Sigma, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and modern architectures.
• Experience designing & implementing AI solutions on Snowflake and/or Databricks, including AI services, semantic layers, and agents
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Develop and implement data enablement frameworks, empowering organizations with self-service analytics and governed data access.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, and data democratization strategies to drive adoption.
• Oversee the implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and AI/ML solutions. 

 Technical Leadership & Team Management 

• Lead cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and visualization experts, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and thought leadership.
• Ensure the use of best-in-class methodologies and technologies. 

 Business Development & Growth 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to sales strategies and proposal development.
• Drive thought leadership, representing Cleartelligence at industry events and in client workshops.
• Expand client relationships through trusted advisory and long-term engagement strategies. 

What We Are Looking For 

We are seeking a seasoned data leader with a passion for solution architecture, data enablement, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have: 

• 8+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and solution delivery, ideally within a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Expertise in modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt), reporting and workflow platforms (Sigma), and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical Certifications with Snowflake highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data enablement strategies, including self-service analytics, data governance, and metadata management.
• A deep understanding of data engineering, analytics, and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
• A strong business mindset, capable of aligning technical solutions with enterprise goals.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

The anticipated annual base salary is $185K - $220K. Final pay rate will be determined based on experience, qualifications and geographic location
