Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
You'll join the Administrative Assistant team supporting Salesforce's Global GTM Planning P2C Innovation Org, working alongside experienced professionals who partner closely with top executives across the globe. In this role, you'll own high-impact logistics - end-to-end travel, large-scale events, and executive-level meeting coordination - giving you real ownership over the moments that keep leadership and teams focused on company goals. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Manage executive travel end-to-end, from booking domestic and international trips within policy to preparing travel briefs and providing real-time support for delays or last-minute changes.

  • Plan and execute large-scale events, offsites, and hospitality, partnering with leadership and vendors on venues, logistics, AV, and run-of-show.

  • Coordinate high-level executive meetings across time zones, including meeting spaces, virtual platform setup, and attendee logistics.

  • Build relationships across Salesforce, interfacing with employees and senior executives inside and outside the company on other administrative and project needs as they come up.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 3+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global tech organization.

  • You've set up and managed virtual meeting platforms like Google Hangouts, Zoom, or conference calls.

  • You have intermediate-level project coordination experience.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders and external partners, and you're comfortable handling confidential material with discretion.

Even Better If...

  • You have working proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet).

  • You've used Quip, Slack, Salesforce, or Tableau.

  • You've partnered with senior management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • You're comfortable accommodating EMEA and APAC hours.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
