This role is responsible for providing strategic operational support by organizing, directing and assisting in the implementation of work efforts that drive the goals and objectives of leadership. Drive strategies and performance improvements with Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and cross-functional teams that support a best-in-class organization. Serves as the primary point of contact between top management and employees or other team members. The Sr Business Ops manager provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance, including employee engagement and career development initiatives. Is responsible for tracking and keeping leadership timely informed of operational performance around all aspects of the Prepaid Marketing organization, as well as leadership deliverables to executive audiences. Must provide exceptional leadership and effective management in all areas of a complex but exciting part of the enterprise.
This role is located at our Bellevue, WA headquarters!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports Consumer Marketing’s Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Directors, collaborating with their leadership teams to drive multiple programs, or work efforts, to completion and overall success as defined by the business case or leader’s expectations.
  • Provides strategic guidance by identifying, evaluating and analyzing critical priorities by partnering with leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Responsible for team engagement initiatives including organization-wide event planning, engagement strategies, meeting management, and more.
  • Will serve as the organization's coordinator of strategy development/deployment, organizational design, goal management, project leader and management of many special projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Proactively anticipates obstacles or issues and then identifies and proposes solutions while understanding their financial impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees
  • Reviews and gives feedback on executive-level (SLT) presentations and presents complex information from multiple teams or departments.
  • May be asked to serve as proxy for the Consumer Marketing leader in key critical business meetings/projects in relation to operational issues, projects, team progress and other topics.
  • Serve as department liaison across other functional groups regarding process change, policy change, compliance issues, department-wide communications, and more.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Presentation Creation and Facilitation

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years operational management / Planning experience. (Required) More than 5-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and telecom strongly preferred. (Preferred)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel:
Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes, potentially up to 10% travel to attend annual conferences and team meetings.
 

Base Pay Range: $102,400 - $184,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
