The Senior Director of Global Business Systems will lead IT collaboration with commercial teams to enhance systems, improve processes, and manage budgets.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Director, Global Business Systems will be responsible for partnering with both ITS commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, Training, Operations, HR etc.) and the Information Technology (IT) team on the development and enhancement of the application systems that support the global commercial enterprise. The role will work with the functional business leaders to improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs and optimize the number of platforms required to operate the ITS business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work, with key business colleagues to establish the strategy and direction for IT systems required to support each major area of the business.
- Provide a strong leadership role in the design, implementation and maintenance of application systems. Ensure, through Change Management, that system designs are thoroughly documented, reviewed and tested against functional specifications, integrated well with existing systems and adequate information is provided for field and production support staff.
- Review progress on projects and request work; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to scope and with high quality.
- Meet with key business colleagues - establishing priorities, reviewing work, attending
- Lead and manage a small team of business systems professionals, in a player/coach model, fostering a high-performance culture
- Develop and manage departmental expense and project budget(s).
- Perform special projects as requested by the ITS President.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong IT fluency and ability to work with IT teams to architect & deploy solutions.
- Understating of Sales, Marketing, Service, Financial, Human Resource, Supply Chain, and Training processes and the computer systems that support these processes.
- Specific experience and prior success in the implementation and support of CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP, Seibel) is critical.
- The ability to demonstrate expertise in application development and application support processes and Skilled in project management lifecycles, work plan creation and reporting, task management, programming techniques, testing methodologies.
- Global organizational experience managing people in multiple countries including the Americas, Europe and Asia.
- Track record delivering multiple foundational projects simultaneously that are attributed to significant benefit to the organization.

Competitive Salary Offered: $175,000 - $200,000, based on experience
