The Senior Director, Vertical Portfolio Management – Gas & LNG owns portfolio performance and lifecycle rigor across the Gas & LNG vertical. This role is responsible for driving disciplined offering decisions, ensuring market‑backed investments, and leading new product and solution development aligned with customer needs and vertical strategy.
The role serves as the integrator between market voice, technology roadmaps, and commercial execution to enable sustainable, profitable growth across the Gas & LNG value chain.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end portfolio performance across the Gas & LNG vertical, including lifecycle management, investment prioritization, and offering rationalization.
- Lead disciplined offering governance, including voice‑of‑customer inputs, business case development, and portfolio reviews.
- Drive new product development (NPD) and solution evolution in partnership with engineering, technology, and commercial teams.
- Ensure clear value propositions and competitive differentiation for all vertical offerings.
- Partner closely with Sales, Proposal Management, and Project Execution leaders to ensure offerings are scalable, executable, and aligned to market needs.
- Establish and track portfolio KPIs tied to growth, margin, lifecycle health, and return on investment.
- Develop and mentor portfolio and offering management talent within the Gas & LNG vertical.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or business leadership within industrial, energy, or process industries
- Strong understanding of Gas Processing, LNG, and midstream value chains.
- Proven track record of leading new product development and managing complex portfolios.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision‑making capabilities.
