** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Seattle, Washington; Overland Park, Kansas or Herndon, Virginia areas.**
Job Overview
As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and operationalizing an integrated content strategy for T-Mobile for Business that optimizes performance across segments and channels while improving collaboration and workflow efficiency. The position leads cross-functional content strategy to align messaging, timing, and channel execution to business priorities. The role partners closely with segment marketing (inclusive of the EBC), integrated messaging, and content operations teams to translate strategy into actionable plans. Success is measured by improved and optimized content effectiveness, operational clarity, and performance against defined segment and channel goals. This role exists to ensure T-Mobile for Business delivers cohesive, high-impact content that supports growth and brand objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and finalize cross-functional content strategies aligned to T-Mobile for Business Integrated Marketing priorities across segments and channels.
  • Leverage a structured content planning system that improves visibility, consistency, and collaboration across marketing teams
  • Owns and authors marketing plan
  • Partner with segment marketing (inclusive of EBC), integrated messaging, and content operations teams to align priorities, workflows, and execution plans
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure content is on-strategy, on-message, and optimized for channel us
  • rack and analyze content performance by segment and channel, translating insights into optimization  recommendations
  • lso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Marketing experience in authoring and executing national integrated marketing strategies with recognized B2B brands (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Digital Marketing - Must have a solid understanding of digital  marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc. Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical. (Requiired)
  • Integrated & Digital Marketing - Strong understanding of digital and  integrated marketing channels, including web, paid media, social, and content performance measurement (Required)
  • Content Strategy & Planning - Ability to structure and manage cross -functional content strategies that align messaging, channels, and timing (Required)
  • Consumer Insights - Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc. (Required)
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement - Experience using data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform optimization (Required)
  • Leadership & Collaboration - Proven ability to lead through influence 
    and partner across multiple teams and functions. (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $109,200 - $196,900

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
