Job OverviewThis role leads the team behind the AI platforms the whole enterprise relies on — the GenAI tools people use every day — and the self-service AI assistants’ employees reach for first when they need IT or HR help. It also owns something most platform roles do not: whether any of it gets used. Training, communications, line-of-business enablement, and the champion network sit on this team alongside the roadmap, so a release and the ability to use it land together.
That means real scope: multiple best-in-class platforms, one gateway, the models beneath them, the cost that keeps it all sustainable, the shared library where teams publish and reuse what has already been built, and the assistants that resolve employee requests in seconds instead of tickets. You own the experience across all of it, and you are accountable for holding it to the Un-carrier bar — bold, easy, and built for the people who use it. Success looks like an enterprise that works on our platforms because they are the best, not because they are mandated, and a workforce that knows how to use them.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the team that runs the enterprise GenAI platforms, gateway and employee AI assistants as products — the roadmap, feature availability, and the move from pilot to production.
- Own vendor relationships, quarterly business reviews and contracts across the platform portfolio, and hold vendors to their roadmap and support commitments.
- Own adoption — training and communications, line-of-business training facilitation, and the champion network — so platform releases reach the workforce.
- Own gateway configuration, compliance data handling and AI cost management as product capabilities; partner organizations run the underlying infrastructure and the platform engineering.
- Run the shared library and marketplace where teams publish and reuse approved AI building blocks, so work is not rebuilt from scratch.
- Publish platform usage, cost and adoption measures to enterprise governance bodies and partner leaders.
- Develop and maintain key internal partnerships to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Mentor team members by providing coaching and career development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Oversee the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

- 3+ years' experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment.
