We are seeking a Sr. Product Operations Analyst to own the operating infrastructure of our product organization. Your mission is to bring consistency and rigor to our product development lifecycle (SDLC) by ensuring all teams adhere to established processes, templates, and documentation standards.
This is a high-autonomy role for a senior specialist who lives in Jira and thrives on operational execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that PRDs, business cases, and solution designs are complete before work moves to engineering. You aren't just coordinating meetings; you are enforcing the standards that allow our product teams to hit their targets and deliver roadmaps on time.
What You’ll Do
Process Enforcement: Audit Jira tickets across all product lines to ensure PRDs, business cases, and solution designs are complete and meet our "Ready for Dev" standards before work moves to engineering.
Accountability: Hold Product Managers accountable for documentation completeness and process adherence. You will flag missing information and inconsistencies directly to product leadership.
Jira Administration: Serve as the primary expert for Jira. You will manage workflows, maintain backlog health, and ensure Jira hygiene across the organization so that engineering never stalls due to poor ticket quality.
Roadmap & Reporting: Provide Product Leadership with daily and weekly visibility into roadmap adherence. You will be the primary source of truth for how work is moving through the pipeline and whether we are hitting our sprint and release targets.
Workflow Optimization: Identify gaps and bottlenecks in our current rhythm of business. You will suggest and implement practical enhancements to workflows to improve speed and quality.
Knowledge Management: Own our documentation infrastructure in Notion. Ensure all templates, artifacts, and decision logs are centralized, organized, and accessible.
Report to Leadership: Provide daily and weekly reports to the Head of Product. You will be the primary source of truth for how work is moving through the pipeline.
You Might Be A Fit If:
You are a Jira Power User: You have expert-level knowledge of Jira configuration and workflows. You find satisfaction in a perfectly organized development pipeline and a backlog that engineering can actually trust.
You Can Enforce Standards: You are comfortable holding Product Managers accountable to our SDLC process. You have the backbone to flag missing PRDs or incomplete tickets to leadership to ensure quality.
You are an SDLC Optimizer: You can audit our current workflows, identify where work is stalling, and suggest practical improvements to increase our release predictability and speed.
