Job Title: Sr. Program Manager, Multilingual AI
Location: Remote (Serbia)

About the Role
Centific is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to drive execution across multilingual AI initiatives — managing enterprise client accounts and coordinating cross-functional delivery for localization, language-data, and multilingual model workstreams.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end program management for multilingual AI initiatives, from planning through delivery

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, managing relationships and ensuring delivery meets client expectations

  • Coordinate across engineering, linguistics/localization, and data operations teams to keep programs on schedule

  • Track and report on program health, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders and clients

  • Manage vendor/partner coordination for language-specific data and localization work

  • Drive process standardization across multilingual program workstreams

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope or deepen engagement within existing enterprise accounts

  • Manage and mentor a delivery team

  • Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable business value

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in localization, with direct experience managing enterprise accounts

  • Experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level reporting experience

  • Familiarity with multilingual NLP, localization workflows, or language-data pipelines is a plus

  • Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus given the client-facing, multilingual nature of the role

  • Advanced communication, negotiation & reporting.

  • Strong Financial & resource planning

Salary: $140,000-$180,000
