The Sr. TA Sourcing Specialist will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for companies across the United States. Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities for professional and management level positions. Ensure assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

1. Full Cycle Recruiting/Staffing (90-95%)
- Source and recruit candidates for assorted positions in markets across the United States. This includes sourcing both active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process including consulting with managers regarding staffing needs, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, reference checks and other recruitment activities.
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top talent through sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain detailed sourcing data and contribute to regular reporting on pipeline health and candidate engagement.
- Track talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to advise recruiting strategy.
- Deliver personalized outreach and compelling messaging that communicates the value of a career with our company.
- Create and maintain pipelines of diverse candidates in key markets across the U.S.
- Research and develop relationships with community organizations to provide qualified diverse candidates. Ensure candidate pools contain a diverse slate of candidates.
- Guide hiring managers on interviewing skills on an ongoing basis to ensure effective legal interviewing practices.
2. Policy and Compliance (5-10%)
- Provide consultation and interpretation of policies and procedures to supervisory staff and employees.
- Provide benefits and company information, and ensure the appropriate state required documents are given to applicants.
- Maintain a working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations to ensure that employment actions and programs are in compliance.
3. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
Experience:
- 7 years of managing full-cycle recruiting.
- 7 years previous human resources experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability working with external recruiting resources.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment law and common human resources practices/programs.
- Very strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- PHR Desired
- Possibility of after-hours interviews as needed to best meet candidate needs.
Wage: $104,000 - $119,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
