The Senior Treasury Analyst reports to the Treasury Director and plays a critical role in supporting global treasury operations, cash management, compliance, and strategic initiatives. The role leverages technology and process optimization across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This is a highly hands‑on, execution‑focused role requiring active participation in daily treasury operations and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
This role will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, supporting global banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate across functions globally to maintain accurate cash positioning, optimize liquidity, and support strategic projects. This role includes the following:
- Lead daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and funding activities across global entities.
- Manage global bank relationships, including account openings and closures, letters of credit, fee analysis and service reviews
- Provide operational support for cash pool optimization, share repurchases, credit facilities, execution of foreign exchange transactions, factoring, and assist with hedging activities, if any
- Develop analytical models and reporting to support cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, FX exposure, and investment decisions
- Lead bank account governance, services administration, and access controls, ensuring compliance to policies
- Support treasury-related projects, including bank account rationalization, systems enhancements, process automation, and acquisition integration.
- Assist with implementation of new Treasury Management System
- Partner closely with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to support corporate and treasury objectives.
- Apply Fortive Business System (FBS) principles to drive continuous improvement in treasury processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations within a global environment.
- Proficiency with cash management, bank portals, and electronic banking platforms in a corporate setting
Skills & Competencies
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver results beyond the status quo.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
- Exposure to foreign exchange hedging, investments, or capital markets activities.
- MBA or CTP preferred
Location and In-Office Requirements:
- Located in Everett, WA. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office at least 4 days per week.
