Job Description SummaryEssential Functions / Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle projects / programs product design in Revenue Management workstream including integrations with other sub-ledgers like Order Management/PPM/Subscription Management/Receivables/General Ledger. Drive value-based enhancement requests and delivery of business-critical ad-hoc requests. Design, build and deploy Oracle ERP applications, troubleshooting, identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, documenting, and providing the best solutions to meet business needs. Develop credible and high-integrity relationships with business, IT and Vendor Management. Review requirement documents, create and maintain technical design and other required documents per the Standards and Processes. Have an understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.). Collect requirement from business users for new entity rollout, perform FIT/GAP analysis, provide possible solutions for identified GAP. Manage requirement traceability matrix throughout the implementation project. Prepare requirement document, functional design document (MD50) and BR100 (Configuration) document. Analyze and present new capabilities/functionalities offered by Oracle in every release and perform thorough impact analysis. Extract data from Cloud ERP and map to other source systems, destination systems and transformation processes for all data conversion / migration projects.

Job Description

Qualifications / Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related. Six (6) years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Finance Applications, or a combination thereof.   Work experience to include: Two (2) years of experience with Revenue Management Cloud Systems (RMCS); Two (2) years of experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables; Three (3) years of experience developing solutions in an Oracle ERP based environment; Three (3) years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials including: DOO, PPM, AR, Subscription Management, or GL; Four (4) years of experience with Oracle On-Prem ERPs or Fusion Cloud ERP; Four (4) years of experience with Oracle Fusion Finance and RMCS modules, tools, and associated components, including configuration/customization strategies and implementations, workflows, groups, and roles. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. 100% remote role. Telecommuting is permitted. When not telecommuting, must report into offices in Bellevue, WA. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $212,202.00-$212,202.00 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 10% variable incentive compensation.
