We’re seeking a Staff  Product Manager to lead IAS’s Post-Bid Measurement efforts, a critical and growing part of our programmatic business. This role goes beyond traditional product ownership—you’ll drive initiatives that ensure accuracy, trust, and scale across key products including Real-Time Signaling, audio ad measurement, and tagging infrastructure. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to reduce measurement gaps, evolve our architecture, and bring high-fidelity data buy-side and sell-side clients across the digital media ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, technical fluency, and a passion for building scalable, high-impact systems that serve both internal teams and global customers.

What you’ll get to do: 

  • Lead product strategy and execution for all post-bid measurement systems, focusing on aligning our sell-side and buy-side measurements
  • Drive key measurement initiatives within the organization, including Real-Time Signaling (RTS), Open Measurement Interface Design (OMID), and cross-channel alignment
  • Own the roadmap for programmatic measurement rollout across channels and systems, bringing discipline and clarity to large-scale, cross-team releases
  • Drive architectural alignment of our CTV and Open Web Measurement (OWM) pipelines to reduce under-measurement and improve data fidelity
  • Build the foundation for audio ad measurement, leading OMID implementation upgrades and S2S protocol integrations with partners like Spotify, Pandora, and iHeartRadio
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design proactive data dashboards and anomaly detection systems for ongoing performance and health monitoring
  • Direct efforts to streamline and standardize tag generation and trafficking, including the development of a unified tagging framework
  • Act as the strategic liaison across Product, Engineering, BD, and external partners to ensure feature adoption and customer alignment
  • Represent IAS externally in client-facing discussions to articulate the value and direction of our measurement solutions

You should apply if you have most of this experience: 

  • 10+ years of product management experience in fast-moving B2B SaaS environment
  • Must have AdTech or related industry experience with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong technical and operational background
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguous, high-growth environments where proactive decision-making and execution drive impact
  • Experience working on new tech products where you engage in product/feature architecture decisions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering leads and hold teams to a high standard for product solutions, identifying when technical design decisions may limit performance, scalability, or future innovation
  • Experience driving adoption of innovative solutions, making features accessible and coordinating marketing and sales to drive customer acquisition, leveraging product signals and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to drive  execution and strategy simultaneously, making clear priority decisions and aligning stakeholders across the business
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, commercial teams, and leadership
  • Experience working on high-performance distributed systems, API integrations, and UX optimization for customer growth is a plus

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $135,100 - $231,600. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
