We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our cutting-edge products in the Machine Identity space.
The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers features that provide maximum value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS environment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of value delivery.
As a Product Owner you will contribute to delight our customers with a continuous stream of value. You are passionate about developing outstanding products with a customer obsessed approach to create the highest customer value and ROI for the business.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed agile stories with acceptance criteria
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure the development team understands the requirements
- Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals, key stakeholders and customers
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product development
- Lead discovery and validation calls
- Communicate company’s strategic goals and product vision to development teams
- Create and maintain a detailed, stack ranked and prioritized product backlog (Jira).
- Make decisions on scope and priorities based on stakeholder input and technical feasibility
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the development process aligns with Agile best practices
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- support to internal teams and customers as needed

Qualifications- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS environment serving B2B solutions
- Technical background with an understanding of software development and architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Strong knowledge in agile methodologies and processes
- Able to initiate and lead an agenda
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ProductBoard, etc.)
- Customer centric approach to problem solving
- Collaborative, team player and highly motivated
- Machine Identity and PKI understanding is desirable

The salary range for this position is $137,000 – $190,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
