As a Strategic Program Manager (SPM) at Fictiv, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating product launches and ensuring top-tier quality across industries—from exciting startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer Advocate: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional experiences that foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment teams to scope, plan, and execute customer programs, always delivering on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate risks early in the program lifecycle, keeping projects on track with proactive solutions and strategic guidance.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Be the go-to expert on your program, offering valuable insights and clarity to both internal teams and customers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on refining processes and driving operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Synergy: Lead status meetings, clearly communicate goals, timelines, and quality standards, and resolve blockers to ensure alignment and success.

Desired Traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience managing programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing facilities.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes like CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, and more.
  • Proven customer-facing experience and a consultative approach to technical sales engagements.
  • Strong program management skills, with a focus on risk management and time efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across multi-cultural teams.
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Up to 25% travel required to visit customers, manufacturing facilities, and team meetings.
