Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Enablement: Design, deliver, and scale targeted enablement programs for Regional Directors to elevate their frontline coaching and leadership capabilities.
- Sales Ops Alignment: Partner with Sales Operations to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and deploy targeted enablement interventions.
- Qualification Mastery: Embed deal qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC) deeply into the sales culture and Salesforce workflows.
- Expert Facilitation: Lead high-energy, high-utility workshops and training sessions for senior sales leaders and enterprise teams.
- Ecosystem Integration: Incorporate hyperscaler partner strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP) into standard enterprise sales plays.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing enterprise sales representatives within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Enablement Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing and executing sales enablement or coaching programs.
- Framework Proficiency: Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC (or similar enterprise forecasting frameworks) and Salesforce integration.
- Cloud Awareness: Strong understanding of the hyperscaler ecosystem and cloud-first sales motions.
- Data Fluency: Ability to interpret sales metrics, pipeline data, and KPIs to measure program ROI.
- Dynatrace is a leader in unified observability and security.
- We provide a culture of excellence with competitive compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance.
- Our employees work with the largest cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, and other leading partners worldwide to create strategic alliances.
- You'll get to work at the forefront of innovation with Dynatrace Intelligence—the industry's first agentic operations system. Bringing together deterministic and agentic AI, it helps teams understand what's happening, why it matters, and what to do next— automatically.
- Over 50% of the Fortune 100 companies are current customers of Dynatrace.
