Company Overview:
Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.
We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

The Role:

The Operations Analytics & Insights Analyst supports the Provider Operations team by turning data into action. This role is responsible for analyzing operational performance, establishing metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities, and partner with RevOps in building the reporting infrastructure that helps our team move fast and make confident decisions.

You will serve as the analytical engine for Provider Operations — owning dashboards, leading root cause analysis, supporting strategic initiatives with data, and contributing to a Voice of the Field insights program that drives continuous improvement across the organization. You will also provide real-time analytical support for PAM task coverage and contribute to SOP generation and maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly between tactical data pulls and longer-horizon analytical projects. You know how to find the story in the data and communicate it clearly to both operational and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

Operational Monitoring & Real-Time Support

  • Serve as a real-time operational resource for the PAM team — monitoring call coverage, tracking task allocation, and recommending adjustments to keep the team operating efficiently
  • Pull ad hoc data to answer operational questions quickly and accurately, enabling the team to make fast, informed decisions
  • Monitor key operational metrics and flag emerging trends, bottlenecks, or anomalies before they become problems
  • Scope and document data and reporting requirements in partnership with the RevOps and data teams, ensuring the right information is accessible to Provider Operations

Insights & Process Improvement

  • Identify patterns and opportunities in operational data through root cause analysis and trend identification
  • Contribute to a Voice of the Field and continuous improvement program that surfaces operational insights across the organization
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations — communicating what the data means, not just what it shows
  • Partner cross-functionally to build a shared analytical understanding of where the biggest improvement opportunities exist

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support strategic projects with data scoping, analysis, and measurement input as needed
  • Assist with SOP development and maintenance, ensuring documentation is grounded in how operations actually run
  • Collaborate with the broader Operations team to embed data-informed thinking into day-to-day decisions and workflows

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a data-adjacent role with a strong analytical component
  • Proficiency in SQL - comfortable pulling and manipulating data independently without relying on a dedicated data team
  • Strong analytical thinking - able to diagnose root causes, identify patterns, and connect data to operational reality
  • Clear, concise communicator - able to translate data findings into plain language recommendations for operational and leadership audiences
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with incomplete or imperfect data and making reasonable inferences

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce data structures and reporting
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement or Voice of the Field methodologies
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced operations environment
  • Exposure to SOP development or process documentation

Why Join Us:
It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
